OTSAW Enters the Japanese Market in Strategic Partnership with Moraine Corporation
We’re excited to announce a new milestone in OTSAW’s global expansion — our official entry into the Japanese market through a strategic partnership with Moraine Corporation, a leading medical distribution company with over 30 years of experience and a strong network of more than 3,000 hospitals across Japan.

Japan faces a rapidly ageing population and an increasing need for efficient, safe, and sustainable healthcare operations. OTSAW and Moraine share a common goal: to empower hospitals with cutting-edge robotics and automation that enhance productivity and support healthcare professionals.
Through this collaboration, Moraine Corporation will serve as OTSAW’s strategic distributor in Japan, introducing our autonomous solutions to hospitals nationwide. This includes our flagship autonomous vehicles — TransCar, an automated guided vehicle (AGV) designed for material transport, and Camello+, a multi-functional autonomous mobile robot (AMR) built to handle diverse operational needs.
Revolutionising Hospital Operations with Robotics
The partnership will see both companies working closely to pilot OTSAW’s robotic systems in selected hospitals starting in 2026. These pilots aim to demonstrate how automation can reduce manual workload, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance hospital logistics.
By integrating robotics into daily operations, hospitals can focus more on patient care while maintaining high operational standards — a critical advantage in a market facing growing staffing challenges.
