The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solutions driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This role is responsible for developing industry-specific relationships, driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue.

Job Description

  • Represent OTSAW towards customers & partners and manage distributors/resellers relations.
  • Monitor and drive business performance daily to be in line with targets.
  • Support execution of strategic sales plan and setup of international sales network
  • Generate sales leads, spearhead high-profile sales pitches, and maintain positive customer relations.
  • In charge of all tenders, project quotations-related matters
  • Initiate cross-departmental alignments to achieve outstanding solutions and services for the customers.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company via direct sales and channels distribution.
  • Work with existing products/services to find new channels and markets for distribution.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Find ways to sell more products/services to new and existing customers by adjusting current systems and marketing approaches.
  • Explore and stay abreast of competition in an attempt to find and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in sales, preferably with experience in autonomous robotics.
  • Proven sales track record and hunter mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and service management skills.
  • Superb strategic planning abilities, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Technology-driven mindset and knowledge in the high-tech/robotics industry.
  • Beneficial to have international and B2B sales experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Team player with excellent time management skills.
