Skilled worker in charge of servicing and monitoring the operations of OTSAW Products including but not limited to Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring of OTSAW Products onsite to ensure smooth operations
- Conducting daily maintenance of OTSAW Products to ensure high performance
- Attending to Tier 1 technical issues including but not limited to the product operations issues via on-site support
- Servicing of OTSAW Products from basic assessment to maintenance and testing
- Executing other related tasks on behalf of Robotics Field Operations Team whenever necessary
- Providing useful feedback and idea to the Robotics Field Engineer (Site IC) in improving quality of work and procedures
- Working closely with Robotics Field Engineer (Site IC) in meeting the team’s objective
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Local Nitec / Polytechnic Diploma in related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Relevant certificate or license will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience in mechanical/electrical hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
- Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
- Comfortable travelling locally on a short notice and working in a shifting schedule
- Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
- Possessing a valid driving license will be an added advantage
- Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
