Contract duration: 6 months (with a chance to extend / convert to permanent)
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment
- Screen and qualify applications from both passive and active avenues
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, and experiences
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Following up on the interview contracting and onboarding processes status.
- Handle ad hoc events such as recruitment drives
- Min. Diploma in business / HR related field
- Min. 1 year of technical recruitment experience, preferably coming from Engineering / IT Division
- Must know the employment law well
- Must know the TAFEP guideline well
- Detail oriented and team player
