You will be responsible for integrating and testing software solutions in simulation and on the robot. We are looking for engineers who are interested in tackling challenging problems for our robots. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new product development from concept to launch.
  • Manage and co-ordinate with various departments, to develop product fulfilling to product design specification, keeping schedule, cost and quality.
  • Identify and resolve all issues effectively to achieve all objectives.
  • Acquire product design specification approval from stakeholders before product development.
  • Translating customer’s needs and pain points into product design specifications.
  • Establish and carry out test procedures for products to meet to product design specification.
  • Establish assembly drawing to the manufacturing team for production purposes.
  • Ensure proper documentation (including manuals) of all required information for product.
  • Support product installations and any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair.
  • Provide product training and support internally.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years working experience in relevant fields.
  • Min. education qualification: Bachelor Degree in Robotics System, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • Strong foundation in Electrical, Mechanical and Software System
  • Demonstrate deep interest & understanding in robotics field
  • Experience in developing on actual physical robot is a plus
  • Experience in any of the following C++, Python, ROS, JS, Git, Autodesk Eagle, Autodesk Inventor is a plus

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join
our team and work on the development of Automate Guided Vehicle (AGV) and
Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in electrical engineering, with a focus on robotics, and be able to design, develop,
and test electrical systems for robotic applications. They will work closely with other
engineers, technicians, and software developers to ensure that the robotic systems are
designed to the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems for OTSAW robotic applications.
  • Collaborate with software developers, engineers, technicians and other teams to ensure
    seamless integration of electrical systems with software and mechanical components.
  • Design and implement control systems for robots, including motion control, sensors, safety
    system and actuators.
  • Develop and implement power management systems for robotic applications, including
    power distribution, battery management, and charging systems.
  • Develop safety evaluation, risk assessment, and testing methodology based on international
    standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including Schematic Design, Cable Harness
    Drawing, Wiring Diagram, Power Diagram, Bill of Materials, and PCB Layout for assembly
    and fabrication.
  • Ensure compliance with CE, UL, safety standard and relevant regulatory in the development
    of electrical systems for robotics.
  • Support troubleshooting of current AGV in the market.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related
    field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including control systems, power
    management systems, CAN BUS, Serial RS232, Ethernet, UART protocol, sensors, and
    safety relays.
  • Interest in Robotic is a must
  • Experience in Drawing Software for electrical & electronic circuits, schematics and PCB
    Design tools such as E-Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mobile robots that can adapt to different environments including indoor and outdoor.
  • Create and maintain 3D models, rendering, fabrication and assembly drawings, technical reports and documentation, design calculations and failure analysis reports.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Field Technician responsible for the timely delivery and deployment of the robots. You will support the Project manager on project delivery, deployment and after-sales support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Configure and prepare robots for deployment at customer sites

● Provide support for in-house, on-site, and/or remote troubleshooting, repairs and support of equipment with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions regarding the service status of on-field robots and advise on the next course of action, whenever necessary

● Exercise flexibility at work such as traveling to customer sites on short notice and/or to work within the customer work environment and hours, together with night shifts whenever necessary

● Getting hands and feet dirty: lying on the ground to attend to mechanical faults and issues of robots, changing of spare parts, and general maintenance and overhaul of the robot

● Work with the Operations Team Lead and/or related supervisor(s) to identify individual training needs to maintain and continuously improve skills and knowledge

● Process: Follow the defined workflow and procedure
